Made in the lambic style traditional to Belgium, this sour fermented in neutral barrels for over 6 months with tart Balatan cherries from Red Jacket Orchards and wild yeast. Its lingering finish is complex with pleasing tartness and vibrant fruitiness. Pair it with roasted meats, blue cheeses and fruited desserts.
