Available both indoors and outside, our diverse menu features 16+ handcrafted beers on tap (including hard-to-find Belgian guest imports), Finger Lakes wines and ciders and suggested food pairings made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Brewery Ardennes Taproom & Kitchen is just off the Seneca Wine Trail (Route 14) in Geneva, NY, within a convenient one hour drive of Ithaca, Syracuse, and Rochester.

  • For beverage tastings and food, reservations are encouraged though not required for parties of 2-6. Reserve here.

    We do not accept same day reservations. Day of seating is available first come, first serve.

    Reservations are required for parties of 7 or more; please call us at 315-325-4858 for availability.

  • We are able to accommodate gatherings of 7 or more guests on a limited basis including buses, vans and limos. Arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Please call us at 315-325-4858 to discuss.

    We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who arrive intoxicated or those who are disruptive to other guests.

  • All of us love to meet new furry friends, including Barley & Hops! Well behaved dogs on leash are welcomed in our outside Beer Gardens. For the quiet enjoyment of all guests, dogs with excessive barking will be asked to leave. Service animals are welcomed both in our Tasting Room and outside seating.

  • We welcome guests of all ages. For the quiet enjoyment of our historic Barn & Beer Gardens, quiet play is encouraged while at your seating. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Minors cannot be seated at the bar.

  • Outside picnic table seating on our shade-covered patio and in Adirondack seating is available seasonally and is weather dependent year-round. Table service by our staff will not be available in inclement weather. Reservations made for outside seating are automatically relocated to our indoor Tasting Room in the event of inclement weather.

  • Outside food, beverages and picnic furniture are not allowed on property.

  • We post our food menus and highlighted pairings daily. Please see the Daily Menus under Dine for today’s offerings.

    We celebrate the best of the Finger Lakes ingredients with Favorite Shareable items that are available every day. Standard items include mussels, frites, local cheeses, meats and seasonal produce.

    Additional Chef Feature entrees, appetizers and desserts are added to our menus for Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

    Several menu items can be prepared for guests with gluten sensitivity or food allergies.

  • Our Brewmaster Dinner Pairing BEERsperiences are offered on select Fridays & Saturdays at 6:00pm. The 3-course food menu is inclusive of Belgian-inspired beer, New York wines or ciders paired with each course, presented by our Head Chef & Brewmaster.   • In addition to our Belgian-style beers, we proudly serve New York State wines and ciders by the glass. We also have several non-alcoholic seltzers, sodas and juices available.

Experience lasts 1 hour and includes small plate food pairings presented by our Head Chef. Reservations are recommended.

Fun in the Finger Lakes

Known as an outdoor lover's paradise, be sure to explore any of the local state parks including Watkins Glen and Taughannock Falls for excellent hiking trails and spectacular waterfalls. The 11 glacial lakes offer opportunities for boating, fishing and water sports. History buffs will enjoy touring the Corning Museum of Glass or the George Eastman International Museum of Photography.
