Inspired by the beers brewed by Trappist monks, this robust ale pours a deep chestnut color with aromas of raisin and dates. The malty-rich flavor includes hints of caramel and toffee. Brewed with a variety of Belgian malts, it pairs well with venison, duck, blue cheeses and dark chocolate.
