Warming | Toffee | Roasted Malt

Inspired by the beers brewed by Trappist monks, this full-bodied ale pours a dark chestnut color with fruity aromas of plum and raisin. The malty-rich flavor includes hints of caramel and finishes with well-rounded bitterness. Brewed with a variety of Belgian malts, it pairs well with roasted meats, dark chocolate and nutty cheeses.
