Aged for several months in bourbon barrels from Finger Lakes Distilling, this near-black Belgian-style ale has aromas of vanilla and roasted coffee. The rich flavor includes notes of dark fruit with a long dry finish. Pair with grilled lamb, sharp cheddar, fruited desserts and of course, chocolate.
