Inspired by the session beers brewed exclusively for consumption by Trappist monks, this easy-drinking ale pours a straw yellow color and has subtle notes of freshly baked bread and white pepper. The finish is dry with mild hop bitterness. It is well paired with rich cheeses, creamy sauces and grilled meats.
