We’re welcoming Haus Alpenz Importers for a special Dinner Pairing celebrating Damson Plums. You'll get to learn more about spirits, fruited brandies and more! Plus, you can select your preferred pairing presented with each course.

$89.00 per person includes 3-course Chef's menu paired with a Belgian-inspired beer and a cocktail and/or spirit. Not into beer? We'll pair each course with Finger Lakes wines and ciders instead of beer, plus you can still enjoy the spirits.

One shared seating at a communal table between the tanks in the Brewery will be offered for one night only at 6:00pm. The delicious menu inclusive of Ardennes’ Belgian-inspired beer and Haus Alpenz spirits is available here.
