Beertenders

We are looking for personable and energetic Beertenders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful individual is knowledgeable or very willing to grow their understanding of seasonal food ingredients and craft beer. This role is ideal for those that are dependable, trustworthy, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide a welcoming and inviting environment for all guests by employing authentic engagement.

  • Able to share descriptive product knowledge with all guests to curate their experience.

  • Work quickly and efficiently to ensure customers are served in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all items are entered into the POS system and complete sales transactions.

  • Maintain an exceptionally clean environment for our guests by following all sanitization and safety protocols.

  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Uphold all company policies and be a good ambassador of the Brewery Ardennes brand. Act in a manner consistent with our mission, vision, and values.

  • Be able to work on your feet for extended periods.

Required Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • At least one year’s experience in a full-service restaurant, taproom or craft beverage tasting room

  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

  • Experience with POS systems a plus

  • Must be willing and able to pass background checks

Schedule

  • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

  • Part-time and full-time shifts available

Compensation

  • Hourly rate based on experience plus tips

  • Food & beverage discounts

  • Continuing professional development including Cicerone Beer Server
